All methodologies, frameworks, code snippets, and intelligence briefings provided on this platform are the proprietary assets of Tonemarks Technologies Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
3. Advisory Nature
Our automated intelligence and strategic briefings are provided for informational and planning purposes. They do not constitute binding legal or financial advice. Implementation of technical strategies remains the sole responsibility of the client institution.
4. Liability Limitation
Tonemarks Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or reliance on any information provided herein.
5. Confidentiality
We adhere to strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for all client engagements. Any proprietary information shared during consultations is treated with the highest level of classification and security.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where Tonemarks Technologies Limited is registered (Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria, RC 9541871), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
