These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern access to and use of digital assets and consulting services provided by ToneMarks Strategic. By engaging with our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, code snippets, and intelligence briefings provided on this platform are the proprietary assets of ToneMarks Strategic. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

3. Advisory Nature

Our automated intelligence and strategic briefings are provided for informational and planning purposes. They do not constitute binding legal or financial advice. Implementation of technical strategies remains the sole responsibility of the client institution.

4. Liability Limitation

ToneMarks Strategic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or reliance on any information provided herein.

5. Confidentiality

We adhere to strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for all client engagements. Any proprietary information shared during consultations is treated with the highest level of classification and security.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToneMarks Strategic is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
